In my agency, weekend confirm got email. My colleague just mimic what my boss would say, "If the Chief Executive can send an email on a Sunday night, I don't see why you can't check your email on a weekend."
I think Ministry lagi worst, esp those involved in Covid ops such as
MOH, ICA,
MOM, etc
