if not, how did you know they revised down?
usually nothing is confirm until they offer. HR can only say they fight for your asking pay. i would say so long it still fall within 3.3 to 3.8, there isnt a pay cut

Hi, I was offered 3.5k for a specialist statistician scheme. Does anyone know how it differs from normal mx scheme?

30 here . Earning about 120pa but in private sector.
Maybe should jump over to SB ?

you were offered? then did they tell you it's different from mx scheme?
i thought it's also based on mx 11, 12, 13 etc

guys if you join CS( EDB) from the private sector and you are basically assured of the job ( hiring manager is director grade and ex boss who wants to jio you over)
how much increment can you reasonably ask for ? 10-15% doable? anyone heard of 20% increments?
