How come the civil servant fresh grad pay so low. Lower than private.
Joe come the civil servant exp pay so high. Higher than private.
Does it mean, join private fresh grad then only become civil servant later?

Normal: no pb until 2022, cos PB is paid in March so in 2021 March you wouldn't have clocked the first full year to qualify for PB.
Pay wise, still OK. I was 29 with 1.5yrs exp + NS and got slightly under 3.7k when I joined the SB.
