Anyone knows which level is LTA Assistant Manager at, as well as the career progression?
And also is a offer of mid 3K range good to accept for this contract position?

You need to read your HR policy and I believe your HR will not lie to you.
To answer your qns, I have just one of the SB policy which states you have to remain in service till 31st Jan for aws.
So yes, since you end of service 9th Jan, then they will claw back the aws from you.
i.e. You can only tender on 1st Jan if you want to keep the aws.

Can be grade 6 or 7. U are fresh grad?
