Normal: no pb until 2022, cos PB is paid in March so in 2021 March you wouldn't have clocked the first full year to qualify for PB.
Pay wise, still OK. I was 29 with 1.5yrs exp +
NS and got slightly under 3.7k when I joined the SB.
