ITD referring to the pte sector? Should not be comparing public service with pte sector.

Hi, can somebody help me explain why my NPAA is not equal to my usual monthly salary? I’m an officer that’s on probation, if that helps.
My gross monthly is $3.5k, inclu MVC, NPC and NPVP. After CPF is deducted, my take-home monthly pay is $2.8k.
My NPAA is listed as $2.7k instead, before CPF is deducted... I just cannot crunch the numbers to get $2.7k?
Thanks in advance!!

It’s prorated, by the number of days you work. So you take your gross /365 x number of days you were in service, till end of Dec 31st. Hope that helps.

private sector 13k is also not too common.
