Thanks for sharing! Just wondering, are you First Class Honours? Is there a salary difference between First Class and Second Upper? If I am Second Upper, should I expect around 4k?

hi guys. i am a female/dip holder in my mid 20s. joined a ministry with entry pay of $2k after diploma. worked hard and earning high 3k now due to pay good mi and promotion. am i doing well....? i am also taking a degree, dont know if I should find another job or stay. but really like my work here and am doing well. but seeing other div 1 officers earning so much more and doing less work is really demoralizing hahaha. i know i still got a long way to go! civillian role btw.

High 3k as a diploma in your mid 20s is rather rare i'd say. You're doing very well!

Hi pingster
I think you are doing very well. So you can give yourself a pat. When it comes to career, other than paper qualifications, luck plays a huge part too.
