Nobody stays in pte sector company all the way (unless you're in MNC/banks). Usually ppl will hop every 2/3 years for increment.

not for me too. I was in an engineering role. It wasn't so nice and dainty (to be very honest) that i could job hop and get an increment every two to three years. I was a hardworking but not brilliant worker, with local uni degree.

that is very high. the range is for mx10 upper. 2 lvls higher than mx11a.

mind sharing how much is your annual package?

if can check if anyone currently from stat board or civil service trying to join gov tech ??

think recently they change their careers @ sg portal.. now they are asking for ya current stat board and the supervisor email ... which i thought is abit disturbing ...

MX10. Bonus is standard, 13th month + PB + mid year (which is ko song) + end of year.
