Well, it is a salary adjustment, not salary increment. And im happy with the adjustment as im already earning more than many MX-folks with 4/5 years exp.

in 2013, male, second upper, fren grad got around 3.6 under MX scheme.
are u MX scheme or professional scheme? i'm guessing professional scheme.
