This is very useful. I thought MX11 has been broken up into MX11 and MX11A? I suppose MX11A would be from 7115 onwards.

Normal. My salary was adjusted to that too. Same honors local uni, joined less than a yr ago.

Are you currently in mx13 or mx12?
So it means that your salary was adjustment even before your 1st year anniversary?
