Serious?! 6-7yrs to MX10? And the 6-7yrs refers to mid-career high flyers right? I think people here are talking about fresh grads from MX13... I think you are out of sync with the rest of us here... I have never heard about farmers getting from MX13 to MX10 in 7yrs... its totally nuts...

i am 35 this year, mx10.. cross over from private 2 years ago as mx11a and promoted this year
non local U, serve NS
anyway, i think uni does not matter if you join mid career
