FSOs are also entitled to special bonuses not available on non-specialised schemes. Your salaries also rise at a much faster rate correspondingly.

The hours are mad though, prepare to be worked raw. Bosses aren’t sympathetic and they expect your immediate availability at all times. Prepare to be told in your face that you are stupid and incompetent. It really is a 24/7 calling for the cream of the crop and the bold.
The reason why I am asking is for collation of info... see below for the info which I have posted previously on one of the specialised scheme...

I doubt people will divulge the scales here, and besides if money’s what you’re after, this isn’t the profession for you. You will have too much authority in your hands to no good end.

Lol... As I said, I am not in a general scheme. Don't act as if you have seen it all and you have oversight of all the difference schemes in CS... Anyway don't you realised we are all posting here anonymously? What's there to bullcrap? I don't need to convince you anyway, up to you to believe or not. As long as I continue to get my salary into my bank account, that's what matter most!

What is the equivalent? If a teacher wants to resign and join Govt as MX or manage to get a transfer? Has anyone done before?
