to add on, i am not a scholar or from local Uni. was just from a top 100 uni, top in the cohort. dont think PS take this into consideration

Also, I understand that there is a huge difference in progression between a scholar and a non-scholar. However, is there any difference in progression between a fch and a second upper ? Thanks much.
What’s your starting salary first?

3.8K for 2nd uppers? Wow! That’s way above market rate for this covid economy. Won’t take as long as most to reach 7k as starting salary is important for civil service. Especially as pay raises are not very generous.

3.8k is actually quite high, normally 3.8 range is FCH, talking about non specialized track. Different if u under special scheme

3.8k for starting pay as normal (non-specialised) farmer MX is very high. Must be NS plus FCH plus the HR is generous.
