i am pretty sure the gross salary mention by the other earlier poster about his job offer is pay with employee contribution only.

it is not the MOM definition (include bonuses and employer contirbution)

in fact if anyone here think the mentioned CS gross monthly pay in this forum is inflated by bonuses and and employer contribution, then you are wrong. so far mostly are really talking about monthly pay with employee contribution, wirhout bonus and employers' one
They should be referring to basic pay.

there is no norm timeline per-say.. varies between agencies.. could range from 1 week to more than 3 months (depending on a host of reasons i guess).. best is to always check-in with hr to ask them how is yours coming along

should allowance be factored into monthly gross given that allowance is a fixed monthly sum? (i.e. gross pay = basic + allowance)

Anyone here knows how much the difference is when one gets hired with a degree w honours and a degree w pass? Currently in a SB, and thinking whether to pursue a degree in business in SUSS without honours or go for accounting with honours for future prospect. However, I have not much interest in accounting. Wanna know if there is really a huge difference w and w/o honours. I did search on this forum but can't find anything pertaining to the salary.
