Quite confused. Ministry based on MX, some SB based on MX and Grade. Don't forget there are subsidiary as well and based on their parent company grade. Are they all the same?

In this case, only MX scheme salary range can be found in the internet, even uniforms listed rank/salary, and thus, quite transparent. The rest, especially those based on grade, no information to be found.

just curious. would you be told your CEP / ceiling upon joining? do all ministries/sb tell you upfront of your CEP?
fresh grad here trying to find out more. thanks.
