MX11: 4800 - 7700
MX11A: 5900 - 9700

I'm very puzzled by the sentiments here. Be it 5, 8 or 10 percent, the people here effectively got 2 pay bumps this year - merit increment in April and this pay revision. But not many seem grateful for that. The increment is benchmarked against the private sector, and so it is definitely possible the gaps for some grades are wider, and some are narrower - not some personal agenda against any specific groups.

I hope you are in the civil service with this kind of attitude and mindset, because this "don't think too much, don't complain, don't ask difficult questions, just blindly trust the system, just be appreciative and be thankful with what you are given" is exactly what the civil service needs

With this revision, it’s like telling that most of us will likely retire at mx11a..

9700 is decent, factoring in future pay adjustments.

Happy for those who received the increments. Its a challenging time to be working in civil service now. As for me, I work in CAAS but the stat board is currently reviewing the adjustment. Hopefully there will be good news.

I am 42 and MX11A at a stat board. Not sure if I could reach MX10 upon 62. A lot of deadwoods up there who refused to move.

To be honest, I am not sure if the salary range provided here is accurate or not. For MX11A, its way too low.

Err.. I'm MX11A and the range is what is stated in the salary revision letter.
