Assistant Manager at MCI
Hi, I'm a first class NUS stats graduate (Dean's List multiple times, previously interned at IMDA) who joined MCI in January. I work as an Assistant Manager and my base pay is $3300.
I heard from others that it's lower than expected and I was shortchanged. I'm not sure if this is true. Can I get some insights?

MCI doesnt seem like a place that will pay well given that it's not rly that economically vital

finished an interview with JTC for Project Manager position.
does anyone know what is the pay range and annual bonus for project manager?
Was told it will be a "grade 6" , likely an entry grade
Background info
-class of 2017 (2nd upper with NS)
-good performance in private before joining
- engineering degree

Definitely shortchanged and i hope you are not trolling. How can fch starting be so low. In 2015, i joined a stat board with local uni 2:1 and it was already 3.7
