Means including 13th mth, mid yr, yr end and pb is ard 15.5 to 16 mths?

Are you engineer? For Egr, LTA is better because of growth proposects.
NEA is also good but its not really a engr-centric orgn as compared to LTA. Less opportunities too because of their reduced scope as compared to land transport. Workwise, LTA scope will be tougher because its one of those hot button topics these days and bosses will wanna make ppl to be on the ball.
Overall I would prefer LTA due to prospects and better pay, staff benefits . LTA is also richer and has more budget. Think of all the road tolls, fees and coe you're paying... NEA only issues fines and that isn't much to begin with. This isn't to say that NEA is bad, it's just a poorer cousin compared to LTA.
