What to expect if offered a job from ministry? I already accepted verbal offer and I think they will send me a letter offer soon.
1. Will I need to go down to sign physical letter or how does it work?
2. For health checkup how does it work? will they book a slot for me or I can otot go to any supported medical clinics to test? (is it usually extensive or a simple checkup?)
What to expect there after?

They will tell you all these details, so whatever people say here may not be accurate for your case. Anyway for health check I think they will ask you to go to a specific panel clinic, and you don't need to pay if I'm not wrong.

If offered to convert from perm staff at min/stat board to go under gov related pte ltd company then should go? If convert will offered slightly better salaries but is it for their chance to retrench off?
Any experienced for advice?

When will HR ask for my bank account for salary? Thinking of opening another bank account for my salary to enjoy the benefits.
When will they usually ask for this? Is it before starting or after starting work?

Just open the account, you can always apply to HR to change bank account later.
