My mistake, its not AD or DD, its AD or SAD (senior Assistant Director). But the numbers are still about there. SAD and DD are both MX10s, but SAD caps out at about 10k, while DD cap is 12k.

Why not 7-8k since 10 YOE should fall within the range of AD and SAD

Dont think there's a one size fit all range since different agencies pay differently
I'm getting 9k with 10yoe and I'm 100% sure I'm on the lower spectrum in the dept.

Received an offer. What happens after I agree to the offer?
When will the health screening come? Is it scheduled by the ministry or I can take it myself from any of their supported clinics?
And thereafter how long till I can start work?
