120/130k annual is just MX11A pay grade. The average bonus for MX11a is at least 4 months and above.
If you do not know, stop talking rubbish.
At Age 39 with this pay, just a plain farmer.

Minister Chan shared in Parliament recently that civil service senior management (i.e. Directors and above) earn between 200 to 260k. 200k is probably for a young Director, 40-45 years of age. So at your current wage you are already earning maybe a 50s Director age.

Found this.
Assume 5 months bonus.
Annual Package in 2022
MX 11 ranges from $81k to $141k
MX10 ranges from $119 to $195k
MX9 ranges from $189k to $295k (Superscale)
Since my asking is 240k x 110% = 264k annual falls under MX9 so chances is extremely low as CS prefer to promote internally for superscale?

Why not run for election and be a Minister? You get millions for doing less

Why not?
Have better and bigger understanding of outside world and exposure.
Provide stronger perspective and improve the working culture of the team.

Are you all from CS/PS?
Seems like quite a hostile environment. Better to avoid then.
