My current base salary in private sector is 7,500. Which MX level should I be looking at if i want a CS job that pays equally. MX11? or 11A?

If your company does not pay 13th month bonus, MX11. If it does, MX11A or MX10.

more like a MX11 since its based on a 15-16 mth package.

It's kinda hard to estimate offhand because a 10 YOE 11A (newish) and a 20 YOE 11A will have drastically different base pay just off merit increments accumulated.

But here's my take for a 10 YOE 11A:
Base: 6k
Mid year bonus (in good year): 0.5 mth
End year bonus (in good year): 1 mth
13th month: 1 mth
Performance bonus for 11A. A: 4.x months, B: 3.x months, C 2.x months

I can agree on the base salary, was being more conservative. But "base" performance bonus is higher at higher grades (e.g. B for MX 12 is different from B for MX 11/11A). So I think my numbers there are accurate, and from my experience too.

How old are you and what's your YOE? Local/Private U cert plays a part too.
