highly paid will always be subjective la. in the words of the CE, "compensation aim to keep pace with market not lead it", can tell you frankly it is still lacking compared to the major tier 1 tech firms, but definitely still a cut above almost all places and definitely one of the highest paid stat boards.

Dont compare IMDA and govtech tech salary with tier 1 tech firms la pls. Zai ones would have been working in major tech firms, not slog like headless chickens, doing non-valued tech work plus paper works that serves no purpose except appeasing management in these two fake wannabe tech public companies
So many ppl inside wanna quit but why didn’t they? Because they are too bloody high paid yet has no real tech skills that are in demand in the REAL tech world.
