it depends on on annual package. some specialised scheme like GT have less bonus (avg performer 3 months including aws).. though higher base pay but annual package may nt be much higher

GT bonus so low? Non-COVID years AWS + Midyear bonus + EOY bonus + perf bonus still 3months? That means perf bonus only 0.5months?!?!?!

GT dont have mid and yr end bonus. they are on specialised scheme..
their package is aws, pb (avg 1.5) and corp bonus (avg 0.8)

pb 1.5 avg is for grade H (pay range equivalence to mx11a).
junior staff will have lesser while senior staff will have more, this is similar across PS

I am on another specialised scheme and I have mid and end year bonus though (but no corp). I guess it varies from one scheme to another?

yup, it varies. i cant answer for the rest but i was from GovTech so i know its pay package is not as fantastic as what many people say in this forum
