According to glassdoor average 7.5k with 7-9 exp. Even barring the fact that glassdoor is kinda unreliable at times 10k in 5 years still seems a little far fetched no? Or maybe the breakdown of bonuses+basic works a little differently. Do you mind sharing?

This is bullshit. I have local dip and private degree.. in stat board as SPE.
If you have relevant experience they will hire you.

Glassdoor is absolute hogwash. Starting base salaries for females is high 4, and for males with FCH and NS is ~low 5. With bonuses (FSOs get higher PBs and other special bonuses which i’d prefer not to list here), even a freshie would be drawing about 7k per month.

Salaries also scale up quickly thereafter, particularly with promotions and years in service, and of course other perks along the way. So you do generally cross 5 digits per month by about your 5th/6th year in service.

Isn't it females ~4.5 and males ~4.9 (FCH, 2021). Also what special bonuses are you talking about?

Your figures are slightly on the low side. I’d prefer not to elaborate on the bonuses but suffice it to say, you are remunerated fairly.

Just to clarify, So the 5 digits monthly salary is due to annual salary / 12 ?
