For this profile of specialists, what is the average TC at 35?

This estimation is true, that MX11a is around 8k-ish ish, below 9k
4 months bonus wise, i am not so sure, as PB can sometimes be 1.5 for average and not 2, sometimes at bad times can go 1.1/1.2 months as well like last year.
Mid 0.5 is also not guaranteed, but mostly have 0.3-0.6 so its relatively stable.
Year end bounus also about there, ya so overall the estimation is about right from my knowledge.

its about right for the bonus.. PB for mx11a avg performer is 2, earlier this yr is 1.8.
1.2 i guess you are a mx13 or 12? as you promote, your PB will increase as well..
however 8k plus is the ceiling pay for mx11a.. most mx11a is drawing in the range of 6.5 to 7.5..

i'm one of the previous OP moving to public sector, not that guy earning 240k and not even in mid-tier management.
do public sector do take in-consideration of scholar status for switching from private to public sector ?
Based on my understanding as a scholar, there isn't such thing as escalated pathway, unless you are in top tier scholarship such as PSC scholarship.
you may get more chance to take on challenging projects which bring you to a platform where you get more visibility but ultimately it still depends on your performance and social skills.

depends on what type of scholar you are. if you are only scholar to your current organisation (ie. xxx company offer you scholarship scheme), then this wont be recognised when you move to public sector.
you will however still be offered based on your profile, including your grades and past performance

Curious on how it works for referral. Let me know if you guys have any idea on this. TIA!
