Advice for MOH or HSA?
Hello! I'm currently working in health care sector.
Am interested in positions in MOH and HSA and would like to know more regarding:
1. Work life balance
2. Yearly increment
3. Types of bonus/bonus scheme
Any kind souls available to advice? Thanks!

As the RO, before I crave something, I would have a sensing in me to know if the new joiner is it capable and is it something that i see the potential and tiny bit on putting my reputation on the line too. As well as other consideration before I will even consider helping this new joiner as their RO.

A separate issue is that most new joiners don't stay for more than 3 to 4 years before jumping to next job for higher salary. So there's not much incentive for an RO to push someone for PSLP unless that person expresses strong interest to have a lifelong civil service career or has been bonded for 4 to 6 years after overseas studies.

PSLP have 2 types, 1 is the normal , one is engineering route.
Not sure which is better, but anyway you don't get to choose, depending on your nature of the work.
