Based on my understanding as a scholar, there isn't such thing as escalated pathway, unless you are in top tier scholarship such as PSC scholarship.
you may get more chance to take on challenging projects which bring you to a platform where you get more visibility but ultimately it still depends on your performance and social skills. |
depends on what type of scholar you are. if you are only scholar to your current organisation (ie. xxx company offer you scholarship scheme), then this wont be recognised when you move to public sector.
you will however still be offered based on your profile, including your grades and past performance
