IPSE - What does the E stands for?
I have an E in my IPS grade. Anyone here know what's the E for?

E and D is worst grade. Twice of it the Poly or ITE can sack you.

I received an offer about 35% higher than current (ips7)
but i have only recently just joined, will i be blacklisted if i resign less than 1 year?

Ai yah private sector definitely higher.
I would encourage you to go back private sector.
ITE poly are for retirement.
I got 25% pay cut joining public service.
And bonuses are much lesser.
Workload about the same.

PB Figure
For adminstrative post, what is the ball park figure (x of monthly salary) for each grade for our PB?
For example
A 4x?
B+ 3.5x?
B 3x?
C+ 2.5x?
C 2x?
D
D-

E stands for executive track. Mine shows 'IPS7A', A as in academic track.
