Let me update this table. It was revised 2 years ago. My friends of same education level are getting 35% more. Think twice before joining Poly/ITE. It is full of lousy management that does nothing but attend meetings, empty talking and bad ideas.

Fortunately, principal is not under this scheme. They are attached 5-6 years from government firms. Some say they are under Mx Scheme 8 or 7. (25k above). Soon lecturers will definitely be replaced by AI and less student intake due to low birth rate.
