By new G8, do you mean the increment in SIA is quite attractive? Reason is that they will require to match the outside salary of what one is getting right now?

Hi there, i dont understand this portion "Take annual of 20 months?"
Monthly plus AWS only 13 months. the average bonus is at 3 months per year for SIA right?.
the 8 months is an anomaly.
Please help ... stucked in making a choice... T.T

For techie with 6 years experience currently drawing 8k, should I be looking for a manager/specialist role? Stagnating at my current job so hopefully this move nets a 15% raise.
