This is where you get it totally wrong, those who are successful will not show up, coz you are already out of his league. Those who talk much are those who did moderately, and those who talk less are those who did not do too well.

You mean you already bought yourself a lot at Lim Chu Kang? It's lease hold at 30 years. Last I noe, it's cheap, about 280 psf...haha....Now Bt Brown cheaper...but no more subsale liao...1st hand owner who bought from developer kena enbloc...haha

Finance, 2 kids, condo worth $1m fully paid
I'm feeling depressed looking at all the 30 somethings here earning so much
Are these guys real? Or am I really a loser?
If they are real, no wonder property prices keep rising.

I have a sad story to tell. I have been working hard for a large MNC for the past 15 years. I help grow the company. And now I am retrenched due to office politics. I am only 45 years old with lots of responsibiities.
