Default Markets

37 years old with 2 young kids
Base: $300k
Bonus: $120k
Cash: $300k
CPF: $200k
4-bedroom RCR condo: worth $3.3 mil (outstanding $1.8mil loan)

Haven’t been able to save much due to childcare fees, income tax, parents’ allowance, insurance and day-to-day expenses.

Still a long way from being able to retire.

Actually 300k incorme is more than enough. Only issue is your expensive RCR condo which I think its a free hold. Need to make some changes to your expenses
