1 year eng MNC - 4000
1 year logistic MNC - 6500
Present - financial MNC - 7000 ( annual package totaling slightly over 100k - all in)

What is your job scope? Even jump seem to give you alot more!!!

i try to jump from 1 coy to another after 3.5 years exp, the job scope is totally 95% match, the 1st day I start new job in the new coy, I can start solving issue already, but the increment is only +400 for jump ship or 9% only!!!...

How is it possible the logistic company willing to up your salary by 2500 after just 1 year in the eng MNC??!! Unbelievable?? Tell me what company is that!!! I immediately go and join now!!!

Im drawing 48k per annual for last FY.

Im join the workforce for 2yr 8mth already, currently drawing 3.15k/mth of basic salary.

is package alright? coming to 3yr soon and i had peer earning more..
