would u prefer if your pay increase to $4000 but only 13th month bonus?
$4000 x 13 = $52000 ?

Yup.. 3.7k is already alot for a engineer's salary.... You can dream long long if you expect to get rich being an engineer in singapore... In my opinion, Engineers is the new "Educated" banglah in singapore....

Dude... You're getting 64k p.a., meaning 5 & 1/4 months of Bonus. That's DAMN HIGH for engineering field.
I'm getting 4.5k base, but with no more than 2 months' bonus for the past few years. ultimately, my total annual income is significantly still less than yours !!
Cheers! Be content! Keep learning!

Salary in SG
Hi,
I have 3+ years of experience in Ab Initio(ETL tool) in India. I am being offered SGD $2,800 to $3,000 in Singapore. Is this fair enough? Should I ask for more?
