Notified by smartr (hr portal that visa use) that the HR checked my profile and received the interview the same day
I think the criteria to get interview is fch with a 1-2 brand names or scu with >2 brand names. This is the common trend I see among my friend that gotten the interview

It's the way they conduct operations in Singapore. One is a genuine MNC, the other is an MNC that operates as a glorified manufacturing SME.

does anyone knows about visa exit oppo - do you think its possible to jump to manga/faang-level companies after 3-5yoe?
currently got other MA offers that pay as well as visa also so a bit headache haha

If u didn’t get a telephone interview 1-2 weeks ago, it means you’re not considered. Also there’s couple more rounds after that. The pay is in the mid 5’s
