Jia lat. coz yours is twinning programme. And your clinical years is in Malaysia. So very Jia lat.
Option 1) since degree is National University of Ireland. Go back to Ireland, complete housemanship there. Embark and traineeship. Once you are a consultant, then come back as conditional reg
Option 2) stay in Malaysia do housemanship. Pass MRCP. Armed with mrcp then come back as conditional reg
Option 3) come back to sg as non-doctor.
Essentially ur clinical in Malaysia is not recognised, unless is UM or UKM.

What did your HR quote you?
Mine quoted 8600. + 1250 (service component)
AWS - 1 mth
Performance bonus -3mths
Fp quality component bonus- 1-2 months
Junior fp award 50k over 3 years (17k per year)
Total annual 17 mth package, plus 15000 (service component 1250x12) plus 17. So ard 180k total/year

It is not bad deal la if I am honest, although most gp groups outside can offer 200-220k/year (10-20% higher), from what I have asked. I can summarize the pros and cons of gp vs ops.
Benefits of gp
- simpler life
- see easier cases
- no teaching/admin/research. Essentially you just work for money.
- if you good, can potentially build up a regular pool of pts whom you can know and manage well..
Cons:
- brain atrophy
- no career progression
- need to settle admin stuff (e.g cme) yourself
Benefits of ops
- always keep up to date with latest medical updates/guidelines
- option of doing teaching, research, admin
- option of career progression if you want to and capable enough to progress
Cons of ops
- lots of arrows (my clinic head already tell me due to shortage of mmeders in my ops, hard to be a farmer and stay low profile. Must take on additional responsibility like teaching, be part of sag group etc, even if I don't want to climb)
- lack of full autonomy in how you want to practice.
- pt profile can be..... Annoying at times
To be honest, I decided to venture out to gp land to explore for a while. As I believe for the foreseeable future (at least 5 years) you can always return to ops anytime if you have mmed, if things don't quite work out outside. So I feel it's a good time to see the outside world, esp with all the healthier sg push etc
Just my personal take

Honestly quite pathetic.
For the amount of time we have to spend on exams plus the cost of the basic degree itself. The comp is terrible.
Most of my peers from secondary school who did other fields are making >200K per year now. With all the perks of an evolving workplace - WFH, 4 day work week, etc.
It's true that doing medicine to earn money makes no sense, but to take on more risk and be paid less sucks.

Something to cheer you up. I got an offer from a gp group, total compensation 225k/year. So not too bad la. Learn to be contented in life
