In perpetuity la. If salary drop after 3 years, mass exodus again.
I would say now annual prob ard 190-200k (compared to 170-180 previously). Still 10 percent lower than outside (my friends getting 200-220k) but at least better la.

But interested to know how much increments the AC and C get (as they have no junior fp component)

how you calculate a 20k increment?
some ppl say there is a loss lol.

Can you confirm the mmed base pay is +1400 from previous 8600 base pay = 10k?
I find that hard to believe as my increment is less than 1400 even after working as an immed. this also takes into account that my young fp bonus suddenly disappeared.
Meaning i lose take home pay every month.

a lot of ppl leave after taking young fp bonus
keeping fp pay at 10k basic and 1.25k allowance is reasonable

Fp award become your base pay where got lugi
I had 3 increment from fp to AC also haven't hit the amt you are getting now.
Ur annual increment will rise faster as base is higher.

When U hit AC, the percent increase from rank jump also make ur salary higher
You can't expect the moon and the stars right?
Tbh with or without the increment ur lifestyle also the same
Not as if 3 K become 4k monthly, suddenly cai png can also add fish
U are 15k become 16k that kind, cai png already got fish, want add beef redang also can
Still a lot better than a lot of others

If U are truly unhappy with the system just leave.
Ur kind, give U 3k increment U also shout unfair because deep down U are unhappy

Anyhow is 15k , 17k offering
I walk by some of this chains see not a lot of pple
Maybe can really have the cake and eat it ie high paying and not busy
