In perpetuity la. If salary drop after 3 years, mass exodus again.
I would say now annual prob ard 190-200k (compared to 170-180 previously). Still 10 percent lower than outside (my friends getting 200-220k) but at least better la.

But interested to know how much increments the AC and C get (as they have no junior fp component)

how you calculate a 20k increment?

Base is now 10k. Ard 18 month package (including aws, performance, fp quality component in absolute amt)= 180k
Service component= 1.25x12 =15k

Total 190k. Of course 18mth package is a rough estimate, actual bonus depends on performance, fp quality component can also vary based on your kpi etc, So I say 190-200k lo

Previously was 18×8600 base (ard 154k)
plus 15k service component+17k yearly junior fp award.
Ard 185k (And once again 18 mth package is approximately, as depends on fp component amt and performance.

We need to go more into the details as that doesnt seem right.
Can you confirm the mmed base pay is +1400 from previous 8600 base pay = 10k?
I find that hard to believe as my increment is less than 1400 even after working as an immed. this also takes into account that my young fp bonus suddenly disappeared.
Meaning i lose take home pay every month.

keeping fp pay at 10k basic and 1.25k allowance is reasonable

I had 3 increment from fp to AC also haven't hit the amt you are getting now.
Ur annual increment will rise faster as base is higher.

When U hit AC, the percent increase from rank jump also make ur salary higher
