You guys stupid or cant do basic math?
Just one B4 NQ billing 1600 hours a year (below average) is gonna bring in 500k+ / year for an equity partner. U really think a B4 EP can be billing anything less than 5 mil? LOL

ya ya ya and going by your math, the EP's charge out rate is $3125 per hour ($5M/1600), even higher than Davinder. U think Justice Bao ah?

No one is saying the EP personally has to bill anything dude. All the team’s billings will be credited under the EP duh.
$5m minus overheads like salaries, rent, admin, marketing is actually a moderate amount for a senior 20+ pqe EP in big4.
