He was not charged. Iirc the judgment said the investigation was completed.

Anyway if there was such a prospect he would have to disclose this on affidavit.

Choo J would have picked up on this especially since the application was contested.

I mean he either disclosed it or AGC would have raised it. So you can take it that the stern warning for forgery was considered by the judge and did not prevent him from getting called. This story is not really about kuoh anyway, it's about the other trainees who trained under that joker of a SS

Judgment also said in first para: raised more questions than answers.

I am a mid level associate at a big 4 firm doing liti. Recently saw an advert by Arvin Lee's team promising cross examination and international experience. Any one has any thoughts on working with him.

Just train under some established head of department or managing director then nothing will go wrong these experienced ones tried and tested
