You call this toxic? Or Selfish ?

I say this is the norm. I never had anybody teaching me since my trainees days and had to figure things out on my own. When I made mistakes I get badly scolded.

The same should go to my juniors. The industry is a brutal one. Go find things out on your own. Don’t expect me to teach. I have my billables to take care of.

- This is how I managed to survive past 7Th years.

that's probably a troll tbh. if he is really a successful lawyer, his time would be precious to him. why on earth would allegedly successful lawyers, whose time is very valuable, waste their time condescending to random ppl (who may not even be lawyers) on an anon forum? just disregard those trolls and focus on meaningful discussion thx

As the famous adage goes, justice is blind.
Kudos to Luo Ling Ling for taking on the case.
The GD said the trainee was let off with stern warning for forgery. Hes not blameless?

I doubt so. If he was indeed guilty of forgery, he wouldn’t be able to be called to the bar.
All in the legal profession act and the PCR.

Time to revise Part B ethics tsk
