Heard forward looking international firms like links and bakers give people choice to continue full wfh.

These firms also dispense yearly wellness allowances on 4 digit basis which employees and their families can utilise.

Baker just announced yesterday that all their timekeepers and secretaries have to go back full work from office from Monday lol. No such 4 figure wellness allowance, just a $250 allowance for wfh set up or welfare spend on yourself/family

Lol, excellent. Anyway if you think all those international firms are the best to work in, wait till they ask you to go at 2-3 years mark...

Can’t blame them. You work till 2-3am everyday, got time to find gf or go dating meh?
People say “oh, if it’s spouse material, should be able to understand what...”.
People forget that beneath the exterior facade of a female lawyer, the person is still a human being and just like any other girl, you need to have time for that person...

Then people ask what to do?
Either you quit and work in Macdonald’s or the $10k per month is more important... you decide.

You should try to make friends with the seniors. Like close friends kind. It’s not convenient to share such details on a public forum
