Someone got accepted to the University of South Queensland and posted on this forum. There are a number of trolls are trying to stoke the fires for the local v foreign law graduate "rivalry" when truly, most people in the profession (save for some bigoted assholes) care about this ****.

Ya. Why does it matter? If foreign people get a job in ur firm so wat. How does tt affect u. Intellectual snobbery must be some local prize winners or uk uni / bar prize winner cowardly masquerading as nus n then putting in these lame comments

This kind of discrimination amongst peers is stupid, yes. But there's a reason it exists. Some old school bosses (the kind whose PQE same as your age) still have this mindset, and they can be quite tactless about it.

If you've never been called out in front of your colleagues for your education and degree class, consider yourself very, very lucky. And it goes both ways - "Oxford like that one ah?"

You can feel your kukubird retract inside you

The debate has missed e pt. The comparison is not local vs oxbridge or even lower tier kings ucl etc. Its nus or kings ucl vs unlisted unis from Australia
