Yup basically this. HE was on the outs even prior to the merger -> tried to save their skin by tying up with an international -> now it's pretty much definite that the firm won't be around for long.

I am not one of the trolls but is this legit? I read the description of the role and it says that basic knowledge of IP is a requirement.
