I from NUS law, yellow Han Chinese heritage and got family home in the eternal summer of Tampines Singapore. My ancestors emigrated to Singapore on some twakow in 1920.

Generally speaking yes, but some firms do not provide full hospitalisation or long-term illness coverage. It really depends on their provider. Some firms also dictate that you can only go to one particular clinic. It depends on the firm.
Additionally, most bigger firms provide a gym allowance (or co-payment up to $xxx) + dental/glasses up to a token sum of like $200/$100.
However, in terms of practice necessities, they will always pay for your malpractice insurance and your practicing certificate fees etc.
