Tonnes of red flags. People posted about their terrible interview experience on this forum some time back - I’m sure a Google search will get you there.
Also, there’s a reason why they’ve been hiring for some time. It’s because no one wants to join.
Don’t bother.

Not sure if this is accurate. If it is, it is very high!

Can someone kindly comment on the difficulty and pass rate of part b? How many pass on first try? Is it harder than part a? If you don’t pass on first try, how will it affect retention and your future career?

Failing one paper is very common, failing more than 1 is a red flag. In any case, part B allows you to retake immediately (Part B exam is late nov-dec, Part B reexam is in March). The pass rate after retest is 99%.
Therefore, if you mean how many pass on first try (without retests), that's actually quite low (50-60%?). If you're asking how many pass after retest, don't be afraid because only the worst of the worst can fail and be forced to retake part B the following year.
Retention really isn't decided by whether or not you failed a paper, but if you're already borderline on the accept/reject pile for retention (I think most people know if they are), then that might be the push either way.

What are the salaries for associates with 4-6 PQE and senior associates like?
is this based on PQE? or is there a industry standard % of billable hours? is the salary 250k if say you bill a couple of million dollars as a senior associate etc.

Offshore salary -> Depends on firm, bar qualification requirement, practice area and expansion dynamics. Im not about to write an essay so give me a more specific question.
Assocs with 4-6 PQE and senior assocs -> which firms? small and b4 have very different dynamics. For big firms you technically have a variable bonus component but it's rarely based on your billable hours. For small firm you might get a cut dependng on the firm.
