Of course you will be blacklisted, that goes without saying.

Highly unlikely you will get into legal troubles. If you tell HR that you will tender on your first day at work they will rather you not come at all.

It is not common but sometimes people also get counter offers from their existing employers to stay, and they will have to renege on their contracts with the hiring companies.

It is not worth their time/money to sue you.

Read TS replies and decide for yourself if he's worth 150k. But given your lack of basic deduction skills, I think 150k p.a. is out of your reach. Maybe 150k over your whole life is more achievable for you.

Don't waste fellow users time with your fake replies. Drawing 150k and don't know basics about job contracts? If i was in company b i would think thrice about hiring you for a junior management position, IMO you are only worth for an entry fresh grad post with this kind of attitude.

I know this is terrible. Will the blacklist within their bank or does bank's share this kind of info. I don't mind they blacklist me as there are so many banks. There is headhunter involved, I guess the headhunter will blacklist me as well.

This is very funny. If u don't believe, just simple stay out from this post. I have been working for 8 years and I only switch job twice, therefore I am not expert of job switching and contract. By reading each clause of the contract, the is no consequences involved in the contract, that is why I am asking advice here.

I don't have time to waste simply faking question and replies. Rather I am too busy assessing useful advice from fellow users here and my friends. If u don't earn 150k, I am sorry for you, but please stop attacking me.

I think the more they hear you earn $150k, the more they think you're speaking the truth. The more they think you're speaking the truth, the more jealous they get. Then they kena attack you again. Lol.
