If you don't have sufficient experience, professional certifications or track record for use as leverage then you need a degree. Just make sure you spend the money on the right degree and not just for the sake of a paper. A degree is costly, make it cost its worth.

I really hope you are successful in getting into Micron or its comparable competitors.

Currently, I'm still in the same chemical company. I'm still a project engineer doing alright. My boss also treated me well, which I'm grateful for! Can you believe that! Time passes by fast.

Good things don't last forever, are you psychologically prepared for that as well?

I'm aware of the road ahead. As long as my wife and I in this together, I'm sure we are doing alright. So I guess I'm psychologically prepared? Lol.
