Nope, many people got and alr signed the contract + onboarding + background check without the final interview, like right after EE

Do you know which pod(s) have more people being allocated to?

Hmmm I see, so what’s the thing that differentiates those who got to sign contract and those who still needed another interview with the project? Those who were past interns, have relevant internships, leadership roles and good grades? Cos if it’s these factors I doubt that makes up the “majority” tho.

But do those ppl who got the offer know which pod they are allocated to? Cos the last they shared they don’t know what pod yet, but assuming if you signed a contract I’m pretty sure they would state your role and from there you should be able to identify which pod you’re allocated to - software, cloud, security, tech, consulting etc

No they won't because they want to keep you flexible for any pod. Even if you get allocated first pod, you can still be in another pod for another project.

Have you done the interview? Do you know why you had to go through a third round?

Oh so means even if you get your first choice example consulting pod, but doesn’t mean all future projects will be consulting related? But like this how you put on your resume tho, like example first year consulting analyst then suddenly 6 months become business analyst (cos tech pod), then maybe next security analyst (security pod)
