No AWS, bonus depends on performance. So far it’s been 0.75-1 month for me

Are companies without AWS not good? The bonus not a lot leh I thought usually is 3/6 months to a year worth of salary…

generally no, because of the way CPF contribution by employer is calculated, but if with AWS and without AWS your monthly still below 6k then it is absolutely the same lol only when ur basic pay exceed 6k then AWS is more worth
